Hello
This page is best viewed with a black background.
This was me on Halloween 2004.
BIOMy introduction to art was when I was around the age of 5. My older brother Eric could draw very well and the idea of creating my own world that I had complete control over was a most enthralling concept. I soon would draw all of the time and through out my life have been in persuit of many artforms, all of which give me a different satisfaction.
People say I look young for my age. I love getting carded for cigarettes and beer still. I just turned 32 last June 7. I live to get inspired and create. Any kind of art is almost of interest to me. I enjoy sculpting, painting, and photography just to name a few, that's why I love the computer with the ability to do all of it with less mess.
I have a wife and son. Christine and Christian and my name's is Christopher, so it's not too hard to remember 3 Chris's. I feel like I've made a few quality friends here. It's great to have common ground with others and communicate about my biggest passion. . . "art"
I poor all of myself into all of what I do. I am more sensative than most which enables a high degree of being able to observe the world. I feel swallowed and hurt by it most of the time, but I am here to help and befriend those that need it most. Those that aren't afraid to feel and express their beautiful emotions in this world are the ones that impress me.

The Drink Of Far Seeing...
Lovely Work!

The glass shows the window and the door. But i like the bottle. Beeing not-perfect adds a lot of nice reflections. To me, this looks real good.

Beautiful still life...like those reflections on the bottle too!

Stupendous shot....!! he has some shines and spectacular transparencies...!!! the reflections on the glass and the liquid are very well achieved....!!! the light coming from behind to about 45 degrees from the objects is of great softness...!!! the light entering for the window and for that that as I find (I can make a mistake), this taken place by a softbox it produces an encircling light and of great quality...!! the colors are of great realism....!!! vote

It may be all an illusion, but i prefer to think it's the finest wine and grapes around :)

Nice still life. Wrong color for absinthe, however after drinking, most colors look different. Really like how you did the lighting.

They sell pictures like this as posters here and people hang them up in their kitchens. If I knew the address of the company I'd give it to you and you could make lots of money, but unfortunately I don't have it. What a fabulous picture. Thanx for doing all that work (and telling us about it as well).

No, it's the surreal link. The missing glass is invisible in this dimension. And now my question: Isn't absinthe supposed to be more greenish and opaque? ;) But I'm glad you chose the amber liquid. Excellent still-life compo and perfect shot! There's so much texture and reflections in it, can't stop looking at it. :)

Oh wow! Great transparencies... And now I'm thirsty!

Agree with Misha and Beka , Absinthe is green , and turns cloudy when water is added . Great pic however . Nice work .

Well I wasn't sure what color absinth was since my first exposure to it was in Coppola's Bram Stokers Dracula. It appeared to be like a chardonnay which is what I changed the name to now. :) Thanks all for the help n guidance.
