Hi! My husband got me started on Vue 4 and now I am hooked. Please take some time to veiw my work, leave a comment and a ranking too please. Make sure you see Timefighter's gallery too, his work is awesome!BIOI am married,(Timefighter), and have one child. My hobbies and intrests all seem to be based around nature. When I see a sunrise, feel the wind on my face or smell the richness of the soil I am moved and amazed that God would share His creation with us.I thank the Lord for the beauty in my life, from the simple smile of my son to the enchanting hues of a new day at dawn.

Nice work.

Even if IMO the floor is a little to preeminent ... or would do with finer texture.. It is a neat christmas illustration ! (you might simulate lights in tree using glowing materials ...?)

Great POV and an excellent Christmas image.

Lovely. This must be inside of Jame's house :)

Lovely scene Jennifer! I have to agree with Polax. glowing materials, better floor texture, eliminate the excess shadows ... an you get yourself a picture perfect image.

A lovely warm Christmas image! I love the tree. The only thing that is a little distracting is the floor texture, but still a great image!

Very nice! And the floor looks just like mine does. lol. I used a mix of basic Vue metals with a bit of transparency and a touch of lumination and a tad of glow for some tree lights. They turned out pretty well. It does add render time for glows though. Keep up the great work!

One adds several lights and the scene takes forever to render. Suggestion: Get rid of the shadows for most of the lights. That may cut down significiantly on the render time, but not too sure about that. I like the glowing idea best but that will up the render time. The image is lovely, well put together, your composition is perfect.

Hey this looks like the insides of my house... The only thing I would change is the floor. Well done.

Nicely done, been investigating how to do christmas lights myself without tearing up the system with light sources.
