Description

April finds Emma lying pale and motionless in a shallow pool of blood. She runs to her friend, caresses her cheek and breathes a sigh of relief at the sound of her voice. "Where's Kelly?" Emma asks faintly. "Her name isn't Kelly," April replies. "It's Lucistra, and she's Mother Sinistra's daughter. Listen Emma, we have to get out of here. They know where we are." April lifts her semi-conscious friend onto her shoulders - her weak, lifeless body hanging over her like a ragdoll - and stifles a moan as a fresh rivulet of blood runs down Emma's thigh. Suddenly it hits her: Emma has just hours left to live. Tears begin to well in her eyes. How can it have come to this? How can everything have gone so wrong? With a final glance around the cave she has called home since escaping the Vixen Temple, April steps out into the wasteland, oblivious to the vial of antidote lying in a Temple guard's unconscious hand only metres away. She heads north. Credits: Arizona by Dark_Whisper Emma's Hair by Koz Sarodor generated using TerraGen Michael's Changing Fantasy Suit from DAZ Uni Bottle from Free Section

Very cool continuation to the story and a great visual to go with it. The use of DOF is very effective in the foreground...
