Description

I really like this piece, but I need some honest opinions about what I did with it. I wanted to try some skin tone other than white, but in doing so, I ended up with something much darker than usual. And I had a real hard time keeping myself from adding highlights to her skin. Any opinions there? Photoshop 7

Love it - very Nagel-ish -- I would hang it up on my wall -- I have two Nagel's in my bedroom! - very beautiful and just the right amount of details -- you did not do too much -or too little - keep it just the way it is! John

She's beautiful! But you never do low quality stuff... Right today I was in a hopless try to mocke you -- I got no chanse! You are a master! By the way, I heard about Patrick Nagel only from your gallery and after you the guy looks pretty poor... you are the real McKoy for me! :-)

The eyes are definitively like berry's... There's something with the mouth that it does not convince to me... or maybe the nose? Great work anyway. It looks very 80's with that checkerboard on the back.

i think it's great :) i have no real clue what to do in addition... like the tones you used - you could try to make it a little more "unsaturated" and an touch lighter the skin - so that it's more greyish... :))
it's perfectly anyway... :)

Oh, wow! I think it's marvelous! Definitely Halle Berry, beautiful skin tone, good choice to leave off the highlights. Again I say: Wow!

I think the lack of highlights gives a soft, desirable effect to the skin. This is great work. I wonder if she'd like a print ;)

Beautiful...the hair, the eyes, the skin tone. No highlights needed on the skin, perfect as is!

Looks like her, and damn fine too. I think the skin looks perfect as is; it seems to set off the lip gloss this way.
