Description

My wife wanted one of my prints for over the family room couch, so I needed to create something in a landscape orientation. I tried a couple different things with this one (that's the point, right?), but I'm not sure if they turned out right. One of the things I tried was the curly hair. I had a hard time finding that balance between the detail needed for curly hair and the simplicity I wanted for the overall composition. I have another version with straighter hair, but it didn

From my - hobby artist like - point of view you did again a great job with this. The curly hair looks fine and passing the frame is a neat effect. Also the subtle shading is excellent here. I really would like to see your work in a real life gallery one day. Hey, where can I get big size prints of your works?

Beautiful work once again! Just the right amount of detail on the hair, adds a lot to the composition without detracting from your style & the hands & feet popping out is a cool touch too, you just keep getting better ; )
