Description

A Little glamor piece here. The only thing I had trouble with were the hands. ANy tips or techniques in drawing hands would be greatly appreciated. I am going to definitely be working on the hands in the next few pieces. Enjoy ^_^

I love her expression, too. She's very beautiful, the mouth looks just right to mee. Love the shading as well, please don't worry about the hands, it'll come with practice.

I have no wisdom since I have just as much trouble drawing hands, but there are some valuable pointers in Burne Hogarth's books (Dynamic Hands), and Betty Edwards' (Drawing on the Right Side of Your Brain). Betty Edwards talks about rather than trying to do a line contour of the hand, to shade in the "negative" spaces, ie/ the darks between the fingers, etc, and the shape comes into being before you realize it. Same principle as instead of drawing each individual tooth in a mouth, to put in the dark areas as you see them, and the "suggestion" of teeth looks more real than if you'd drawn every line in. I hope this helps!! You did a great job here! :O))
