Might be interesting to give the lake a swirl as if it was on Jupiter and a dense gas cup so you would have the oddity observed in a spoon where the sides do not switch (reverse image) compared to a flat mirror. With this one as a backdop the plane could appear with no reflection or you could put it in the scene and have one. Deciding on risk elements vs. completed work is always a fun thing. This looks like good experience for other later things also.
