Let's say it's a trainer. The whole straight wing twin engine field has burgeoned with designs. It's like a cardboard box full of puppies all full of life and crawling over one another. The cruciform tail has been popular with subsonic designs where the power of an all-moving stabilizer is not required. These guys are really mowing the grass.
