Description

"Let's play hide and go seek at the old refinery" Little billy said one day. It was years till they ever found him again. I mean seriously, how many of you DIDNT want to have an abandoned giant oil refinery to hang out at behind your house? (actually, probably quite a few of you, but still...). I just like them. They're so complicated. This picture was actually just going to be a tutorial for a friend, but I kept working on it for a couple hours and walla! (I know that's now how you spell it, but that's how it SHOULD be spelled!) Modeled completely in Bryce Post in Photopaint.

Seattle has a place called Gasworks Park. It's a great place to play hide-n-seek. I wonder if Little Billy would have liked to play there. I think you would have!

Aye, but Gasworks is NOTHING compared to the complexity of this place, my friends... Great work, it's astounding how much detail you can pull from so few pixels!!!

As always, extraordinary work, and I will give you bonus credit because I usually hate misspellings... you pointed out yours and still stuck with it because it's your style. Stylistic spelling errors are cool! I guess there's no point in me ranking your pics, everyone already knows each one is "excellent".

This is very cool. It's very complex too. Gasworks? I've never been there. Isn't there a bike trail that leads from Lake Washington to Gasworks Park? I should ride it sometime...
