I work mostly in animation and have finally started work on a movie that I have been planning for several years... only to get interupted by work for a client on visual effects for a film. So the next thing on my plate is MY movie and a Batman fan film.BIO I have been working in CG for about 12 years. For the last seven or eight I have been focusing on animation (3D and 2D). I have a bachelors degree in music composition and Jazz performance. In my personal work, I am working on a sci-fi short for which I will do all of the graphics and compose the original score. I have no tentative date for completion currently but I hope to have a large part of the work done for Winter 2004-05 (both music and scenes). By then the release shouldn't be too far behind. Some of the score is now completed and will soon be availabe online.

quite a good shape, nice design. The two bits that scope upwards to the left and the right, the flat bit/hole hole should be a different colours to the body. Also, perhapes expirement doing the ship different colours grey/black is normaly used, but perhapes Dark Red would look cool with this shape. And of course, it has to be shiny/reflective.

Thanks, I like the comment on coloring... I am also planning on adding hull plates and some paint for details.

Outstanding design and also extremely well modeled. I'd love to see a wireframe of this in the Forum (always looking to learn more organic modeling techniques). If this vessel can enter the atmosphere, you might want to consider a two tone paint job (light at the bottom and dark on top). I hope you don't go overboard on panels and little nurnies, the smooth shape really works very well on this craft.
