Hmm .. i did always believe, Avalon lies within Cornwall or that area, maybe Ireland ... but i was wrong .. must be in Canada! Jim, you've outdone yourself. I loved all your shots before, but this one is .. wow .. Thank you!!!

A lovely image with a nice balance to the light and contrast. It would be better still if it had been taken a little earlier with the sun lower in the sky, though I have problems getting up early enough to get the right light, even in winter :-)

Oh wow! Out of 10 I give this 100! It brings to mind the Isle of Avalon, the mystical place where the body of King Arthur was taken after his death...all that's missing is the Lady of the Lake holding Excalibur aloft before submerging beneath the waves. Jim...you have made my day!
