You've done an excellent job with the Doge's palace - fine modelling indeed. The lighting works well too - I'd say all your effort definitely paid off.
The only suggestion I'd make is that the ligting from the street-lamps looks just a little too yellow to me. Not that I've ever visited Venice (though I'd love to) so can't judge the colour objectively against real life, I just think a slightly less intense yellow would blend in better with the lighting and stone-work. But a very minor criticism of an excellent piece. My vote herewith.
