Description

(Continued from "Happy New Year") Shifting our view slightly toward our left, we can see that Sirius B (the red giant sun) has risen a short time ago. Sirius A (the bright white sun) has just cleared the mountains now too. What's that? Sirius B is a white dwarf? Ah yes... in YOUR time it will be. FTL travel is necessarily time travel as well. We have arrived approximately 10,000 years before your departure time. Before Sirius B underwent artificially-induced nova and became a white dwarf... Oh yes, an interesting story indeed... (Rendered in Terragen 0.919 with postwork in The Gimp. What a hassle trying to combine two pictures without "blowing them out"! I gotta find a better way. And a better writer?)
