Description

This is second one of my drawings done about the same time than my previous uploaded pencilled portrait. Any comments always welcome (in English or Finnish please), next time it is again Poser pic's turn. Thanks for looking! Markus Kemppainen, Finland

Thank you very much, cbender! I appreciate the feedback always very much! :) They can give me the hints, could I get my drawing/art better with my existing skills.

Thank you, Tanialmeida! Maybe I should try to draw more soon, for these are already 5 months old. :) I might use PaintShop Pro to get shadows darker in the future, but I let these be just as they are after the pencils, if I do not count my mark on the corner added... :)

Danke, vonfranck! I cannot speak your language, but I can guess the last word meaning good. Maybe I have to get a dictionary for these times. :) Markus

The shape and shading on the lips could use some work, but great start to an image pal.

Thank you, Wolfman! :) The image is not impossible to continue with some computer work, that's true. Thanks again, Markus

Nice work. Your facial proportions are great, but once again I dont know what you did to the eyes. :) Example : just look at the corner of the eyes ( closest to the ear ) - they differ vastly.

Well, I hope you find my comment usefull, else feel free to ignore it :)

Thank you very much for the comments, Zargent! :) I really appreciate these hints from everyone and it is great, if I can get some hints from real artists too. I might say under my first upload here, that I have very much problems with the shapes getting them right. I have to go with trial and error with drawing. It has truly been very interesting to try to figure, which way the shapes will born with the real artists, they have so great skill to figure everything right. But to me it is an enigma. I am 95% sure (if I know, the scientists also leave 5% chance to opposite), that if I tried to fix the eyes, I could destroy whole thing with trying. I can't figure the solution to that, but practising, maybe?
