A nice clean traditional raytrace. The slight beveling on the allen nut is a nice touch. May I suggest an overlay of faint scratches to enhance the realism?

Looks like you got to the nuts and bolts of things. You got a good reflection fo the bolt on the tile. Did you use itx for the tile or made and iob of it? 2: did you make the nut with Imagine or LW [anything NewTek]?

very very nice man..did you use the dirt function to enhance the reflectivity of the tiles...if not you might want to play with that to make very random reflectivity I find it's a lot of fun to play with, not so much for the realism as the WOW effect....I gotta go WOW or it's a bust...LOL .....hey steve40...how bout a render so we could critique you for a change...i notice yer gallery is remarkably EMPTY....guess y only got words now?

Hi Bobby, I've played with the dirt.itx, but I got not that what I wanted so I've disable this texture for this render, and please Bobby can you send me a good working attributes file for that. Hi Clae, I use only IFA 5.17a for modelling, and the tile has a lot of .itx too, bathtile, checks, bumpnoise, metal... :-)
