Description

My first render of Stewart Hydes cool new planet - NexChia. Another long render ...this time over 24 hours. A big moon occupies all of the sky here. You can see some of the surface patterning in the upper left. The foreground 'causeway' area was really fiddly to set-up and after taking ages trying to get it right...I gave up and simply took the shot :) Post-work in Photoshop - colour adjustment & sharpening TFV&C

I agree with Anne, this one is the best render of my planet so far - I am so amazed with the terrain features that David has found while exploring it. I will be posting this planet here this Sunday ( after the challenge is over ).
