Description

That is the same Model as in my last picture but now I take a skylight with light-tracer. It looks quiet better than the other one but it is still not perfect.

Aha!!! Now it looks much better then the first one. This time it's not only a model. It's closser to realism. :) Very smart move to refuse using metalic textures. Excellent.

Yes, yes, yes!!! Now we're talkin'!!! Even with this one-color texture picture looks 10x better. Modell was perfect right at start.Even with original blueprints this certanly consumed lots of your time. How many polys?

TitanXI

It consists round about 270.000 triangles. I hope this is the correct expression. The amount of polygons could I tell you tomorrow (I first gotta look :) ).

The exactly poly-number is 271.542 .

very careful modeling, could improve the render a little by increasing the light tracer sample rate, would eliminate the blotchyness on the ground and make neater shadows.

Whoa- intense detail. Totally rockin' hardcore.

NOW THIS IS A WEAPON TO BEHOLD! Not even a glimpse and I'm convinced that this is a real weapon in service. It sure would be a real eye-opener for recieving side of this thing.
