Description
Here we see the ice that has formed in front of the spillway of a amall artificial pond. For about 3 weeks, we have had temperatures between -10F and +20F ... resulting in some unusual ice formations.
Nikon Coolpix 4300, handheld, available light, automatic exposure. Crop in Photoshop 7.0.

Toward the bottom left of the pic is that weird texture you get when melting ice and water merge. I love that. The sort of stuff that only occurs in Nature, a CGI persons challenge! Good work!
