Description
Now this is the final version of the picture. I hope you like it. I am currently thinking if I am going to do an infrared-image version of it. The thought came up as I made the thumbnail. That would mean that I would have to remake all materials and light sources, because real infrared looks much different from what most people think to be familiar with from movies like Predator. What do you think of it?
Oh and just by the way: There is no postwork at all in this picture. The camera filter is a filter I made in Photoshop, then I put it before the camera in cinema. Strange I had never thought of that before. ^_^

Looking darn good to me. I dont know about an infra red version - unless you are planning to reveal something not visable in existing lighting. The nasty firearm in close proximity to barrels of explosives is interesting. I think there is a Murphys law about that scenario.

Looks great, I reall like the depth to the scene abd the lighting is very nice as well.

Excellent work! Even better then the previous versions!
Charley2020

Looks very impressive and the camera effect is awesome! Very cool work!

That "guard" is smoking on the job... next to explosive materials... on a walkway with a lose cable/hose... and an automatic weapon. Nothing wrong with the render at all, in fact I think it is awesome, but there are so many possible scenarios to "what-happens-if-I-sneak-up-behind-him-and-go-boo!" :o) Terrific work!
VOID
Yapp. That was the intention. It is slightly satiric in regards to exxagerated security meassures. Just like sky marshalls. Instead of the risk that one terrorist could be on the plane on any given day, you have thousands of armed sky marshalls in the planes around the country. Just think of how big the possibility is that one of them goes nuts, because maybe his wife cheated, or something like that, calculated for a whole year! This guard here is very likely to blow himself and his facility up in a colorfull ball of flames if anything unexpected should happen. Anything, like the spy in thermographic cammouflage I am thinking to put right behind him in a potential infrared redo of the scene. What would you think of that? g

Excellent Pic. Fine light, and the chains look great. I'm sitting here since ten Minutes, watching the Pic and waiting for the thiefs to sneak around.

LodeRunner68k
Oh my.. Explosive scene! g

I dont think so either and it is not supposed to be photorealistic. See? Its in sci-fi, not in realism. ;)
Yomaman
I think sci-fic. can be photorealistic and maybe this picture needs it more than what you've done now. Anyway I didn't know you were a cyberpunk-artist, that explains a lot. I like your work: Not every cat..., lurking urban and Eve.
