Description

Well, this is my most precised model of weapon. It took 60-70 hrs to put this rifle together. For reference I was using 20-25 high detailed photos (all I was able to found on net). Most important thing is... YOU CAN DOWNLOAD +++FREE+++ MODEL OF THIS RIFLE FROM MY FREE STUFF SECTION ALONG WITH ALL OTHERS WWII WEAPONS (3ds format for all Poser users) Render Up!

Thank you very much. It looks like my work payed up after all. I'we tried to make model authentical as much as possible. From side- views photos I made 2d wire picture and from other photos from different angles I added details. I think that model's proportions are correct 100%. THX again!

looks great. Just one thing. Not so much a detail in the modeling but the dust cover has a little spring on it so it is either closed or open all the way. You usualy keep it closed but as soon as it is fired or cocked it opens. Great textures.

Excellent work! Outstanding with just one thing I must be picky about: Insignia and inscriptions are mising! With all the attention to detail and the excellent modelling effort, you should really add the proper inscriptions, serial numbers and tags! You should also darken the plastic parts a bit. The buttstock is not 100% correct as far as I can tell. AFAIK it has some fishskin cross-rifling on the backplate and small holes in the lower main shaft. However, three thumbs up!
