Description
The title comes from a book I read ages ago about a colony of people who lived their lives on rooftops.

I made the wheel thingy based on a Royo image and I painted the outfit and hair. The tattoos are from a brush set I found somewhere on the web - I can't remember if it was Adobe Exchange or somewhere else.

Really excellent work and I love everything about it although I find the lens flare rather distracting and I don't think it needed it. The buildings outside the window are a nice touch and her clothing is superb but the best part is her hair - bravo!
