Description

The shadows began to lengthen as the sun began its slow march towards the horizon. Areka knelt behind her Queen, silently watching the shadows shift subtly in her direction. The ancient laws stated that should Isenis' shadow fall upon a mortal, that person must be put to death immediately. For Isenis was the living embodiment of Isis, Goddess of Life, and it was believed that her purity would be soiled should she have any physical contact with a mortal. Sighing silently to herself, Areka was glad to see the end of the long line of worshippers, though the last person was still some diatance away. With luck, they would return to the palace before the shadows could reach the terrified servant girl... ******* Treasures of Egypt 1 & 2, Queens chamber for TOE 2, Children of the Nile 1, MW Egyptian texture and The Rulers of Egypt by Anton (from Daz) V3, MW Victoria, Egytpian Couture & Multiplane Cyclorama by Daz
