Hi Barbara! You provoke with this new work a philosophic statement from me, witch i can't say/ translate to english. So i write in german. /// : "We all need to give and receive it." Ja, daist richtig. Immer aber liebt/ gibt jemand mehr, -und erht ungleich weniger zurk. Auch darf das Geben nicht nur egoistisch orientiert sein, mit/ in der Hoffnung, "Zk zu erhalten"! Geben, wenn wirklich menschlich, ist selbstlos. Mlich??? Auch darf im Geben keine versteckte Destruktion liegen, die ureigentlich, nur eine Hand in die Wunde des Verletzten legt, und diesen zum Schreien bringt, und sich mit Lust daran ergzt. Alles im menschlichen Miteinander, in jeder Beziehung, ist so unausgewogen, -mit Mierstdnissen, resultierend aus Sprachlosigkeit und Nichtverstehen/ Nicht-Emphatie behaftet, unterliegend der Dummheit, Zuschreibungen und falschen Deutungen, daes den (Sozial)-Philosophen zur Kloschsel treibt und infolge der vergehenden Jahre, bei immerwrender nicht verdrgter Wahrheit desselbigen, notwendig in den gstigstensfalls Wahnsinn, oder aber und wahrscheinlicher, entbehrend der Mlichkeit dessen, in den Suizid. /// Your new image is terrific, in the sense true but realy not possible... /// The artwork is EXCELLENT!!!

Excellent work. Lots of religious overtones in this as well as lessons for our everyday life. Some would argue they are the same thing and they may well be. Great textures and colors, that poor wounded soul is especially painful to view. Compassion, reassurance, healing, yes, we certainly all need more of that. Terrific creation!

Oooh! What a painful image Barbara!! Why?? This is so deep and emotional! And yes, compassion indeed! But I think compassion is a very difficult thing! Wonderful work my friend...makes me feel very sad though... :(
