Description

I took this shot last night. I set the camera to TV at 1.6 seconds exposure. I will probably take another crack at some night shots while I am here in Calgary. Oh yeah, I also added the moon in. The same moon was farther to the right and out of view, so I moved it a few million miles to the left. :)

This is fantastic....but...I am deeply disappointed in Your actions to move the Moon. How could You be so thoughtless.....now, hundreds of Mariners and Space Cadets are lost, their Navigation Charts in ruins....You selfish wee Bugger...now move it back Runabun...or We will blast Canada with a Death Ray :[

Very nice shot, the skyline looks beautiful. Was out there last year, still not used to rivers you can wade across.

Excellent skyline. And thanks for the info .. was wondering where that moon is .. :) ... Btw.: how about moving a little to the right so that the bridge leads directly into the shot? Could give the already wonderful image a little bit more depth.

I think that I over-exposed this now that I think about it. I will have to go back - the town isn't going to move anywhere soon.

1.6 exp........that's kewl, but what was your ISO? Good god man!! What do you tease with small details? Just kidding. This is a really cool pic. I like it. I feel the lower the iso and the longer the exposure helps bring some rich warm colors at night. Like so. Thanks for sharing. :0)
