Description

It ain't easy looking regal in a windstorm. There were three eagles in this tree, two immatures and this whiteheaded adult. The younger ones were further down in the tree, among the branches and out of the wind somewhat. This one had the prime perch, right up in the elements. Some days it's not such an advantage being boss.
