Description

The legend says that a beautiful princess lost a gold ring in the small river which passes has this place. A trout came has the surface of water with the ring in the mouth and returned to her. She made build an abbey to thank god for this miracle and the name of ORVAL (the valley of gold) gave him.This image shows the modern part of the abbey which is always in activity, the monks manufactures there an excellent beer and a delicious cheese . Orval, que de souvenirs et quelle bonne bie)... et quelle belle photo. Elle met bien l'abbaye en valeur : j'adore l'harmonie des trois principale couleurs = bleu du ciel, beige des briques et vert des arbres et herbe. V

Beer, cheese, green, water, sky... and a perfect photo and compo. I agree with Snakey, a crystal clear capture, for this my vote too. Very peaceful and beautiful photo.
