Description
Page 3 for my digital comic. I am still working on font sizes and text bubbles, so please bear with me. I am creating these pages rather large, so I can someday print them out at normal comic size. Because of this, it is hard to get a happy medium for the fonts...what will look good small for the web wont look good in print. I could always add the text twice, once to the large image and then again to the smaller one..maybe in the future I will. :)

Cool, looks like it's coming along nicely. To be honest though I'm not really fond of the 6th panel. The blue and orange doesn't really work for me. The layout and overall look is good though, and easy to follow.

heheh i wonder what happens even later that evening. by the way, i don't know if it's just me, but the text always looks like it's has a 'noise' filter done to it or something because it looks broken up or something. it's probably just me though, i'm growing blind and big letters are good for me :) hehehe another thought, maybe you could make the images a liiiiiiiiiiittle bit larger? the size of this one is good, but the other ones felt like they were sized down a lot. beyond this uncharacteristic burst of criticism, i really like what you're doing here and really admire people who manage to bring their fantasies to life and games to life and all that, and you know, it really feels your characters are being brought to life. and with good humour too! heheh

Haha, nice work Eryk, it is coming along nicely (though I still think they shoulda sent the big dumb ogre to search for food!) I like the 'magic' effect you have.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. :) Yea, the text looks like a 'noise' filter is on it, due to the shrinking of the overall image. Thats just what happens when you take a 2025 X 3225 300dpi image (sized proper for printing a comic book page) and shrink it down to a happy, renderosity size. Once these are printed out in true comic format, none of the text issues will happen, which is what is important to me.

I just reposted this with a fix for the fonts. Hopefully now, the text does not look so 'noise filtered". Thanks for all the helpful and encouraging comments, everyone.
