I love the skylight. The only thing I don't like are the splotches you see on solid materials. This happens with that sky-lighting though. It shows up in my renders also, using that lighting By v5 I meant 3DS Max 5.0... hope that clarifies what I meant. I like it alot!

thanks for the clarification... yes i am using V5 :) and will soon be working on V6 after few days as i am bound to buy the CD.. keep in touch for some new stuff.. in the near future..

I'm not sure I get it. You used the skylight in 3dsMax, or is this rendered with a "skylight" plugin of some sort? The splotches could be taken care of by adjusting interpolation. Makes for longer render times though. I'm not sure what you used here.
