Description

My first in quite a while. Ive had another awful mental block where i havent been able to produce anything at all :( Thanks to some tips from friends, and an inspiring UPR from another fractalist i know, i was able to make this one. I also pp'd it a little, which is unusual for me. Just some enamelling filters in psp to give it the "oil painting" look. Thanks for looking :)

An amazing beauty. Did you create the 3D look of the textures with PP or in UF?

Textures were created in PSP with an enamelling filter :) If UF can do something like that i would love to know about it ! Ive never experimented in that aspect.

This is exquisite! The color choices are soothing and stunning at the same time. I'm not an artist, but I write, and hope that I can turn out something this wonderful for my readers when I get past my current case of writer's block! :-) Lovely work. Thank you.

Gorgeous spiral and wonderful postwork effect! You should continue trying various postwork effects. Maybe that will give you more involvement with your art! Bravo!

Beautiful spiral, Kim! Saw this over at D/A, too. I like the texture you applied to it and the subtle coloring. Excellent image - and glad you got over the "blockage"! :>)
