Everyone of us has to face the darkness that lies within us, always watching us, waiting for the moment it will show its ugly head. I guess that's the downside of life introspectively speaking, but I think it also is positive, in the sense that it produces growth in us...to know all of who we are and to learn to respect it, so we are not taken by surprise when it creeps into our lives.
