Description

Because of the hazards of landing on water, there are strict rules governing visibility for float planes. This de Havilland Beaver has just landed under the limit. The engine has been stopped as the pilot coasts into the dock. The Beaver is one of the most versatile and successful bush planes ever built.

Fantastic capture with a lovely backdrop. Some of the De Havilland's were built near where I grew up as a boy.

This is excellent, Jim:) I love the low lighting and the feeling of rushing to get in:) Made some great aircraft in their time has Mr de Havilland's lot:)
