Well after i wrote that lil thing up there i was thinking ....shes probably wearing tube socks ,and she might try to stuff it in one of those . I think your hidden pocket theory is much more eloquent though , so Ill go with that ;).

Ghastly- yes the pose and scene are loosley based on that image . An image of which i once saw used as an avatar. I have no idea who the artist of that image was ,or even its name . Im not sure what your point is ...the image I created is definatley a far cry away from the original ,and nothing from the original was used in my own image . If it bothers you that ones ideas are derived from other images they may have seen then I would suggest you not spend time in the galleries as many artists derive inspiration from other images they have once seen. Not to mention originality is not so easy to come by, even if you think you are being original . Countless times I have come up with idea only to see it done already in the galleries . So if your intention was to cast stones ,you will have many to cast , if it was only to point out the similiarities of the two images in a nice way ,well thankyou for taking the time to post that link .
Katana_Blade
the only thing similar to the two pictures is the pose, and even that isn't the same. if youwant a little tip of the law Ghastly, ideas on concepts aren't the things that are copyrighted. it is the work itself. and it is clearly that these two peices are different. now if you take pieces from someone elses work make them into tubes etc copy and paste that is theif. i am not sure what point you were trying to make by displaying by posting that link, all it did was make you look like an idiot Ghastly. btw nice work Jazzze :)
jwdell
Thank you Katana Blade!! After followig Ghastlys link I was about to say much the same!! I find this to be very original, there's a big difference between being inspired by something and copying it!! Awesome work jazzze!!!

So its based on an image. Ghastly feel free to visit my gallery, I have at least one image based on/inspired by Josephine Wall. Which I admit to and is not against the law. I agree with both Katana and jwdell, inspiration is everywhere, its how you use it that counts. Nice job jazzze!
