I like the lighting on it. The hands look a bit fat/big, but I guess that's because she's a monster person.

o man, i just love the greens, how the patterning makes me think of flourescent algae, especially the highlighted bits along her arms & hands, and how those diseased hands are beginning to claw... magnifico...
