Haunting. Wonderful lighting and very atmospheric. And because I don't want your head to swell I'm gonna nitpick: I think the guy should have a ring on the second finger of his hand. Which guy? Which hand? Hey, I can't help you do everything, okay?

Great job!!! I like the birds and spikey formations in the back. My only crit would be that you may have gone a little overboard on the bloom effect. Its flattening your image a bit and hiding lots of detail.

to seraph135, yes I know that the picture is flat, but like a book cover seems cool... ?

Software used: 3dsmax6, final redner stage-1, brazil velvet shader(rendered in final render :) ), photoshop (approximately 50 steps of postproduction (special glow->gaussian blured screen blended layer in photoshop), for robe nothnig special was used just one plane converted to editable poly and then neverending extrude, copy, weld, connect...., about lightnig... there are 8 rectangle light to illuminate (specular) the throne and backgraound spikes, 4 spot lights characters, and 0,25 skylight).... using plane for backgound, spherical environment map for reflection of sword... any questions? :)
