Description

Sirmione on Lake Garda. ~*~ I should have used a much lower POV to cut out the road markings and give more prominance to the artist, but there you go. ~*~ The castle, its moat and its gates are almost Disney-like in appearance. Great subject for the local artistic talents.

The castle is lovely and like you say is a classic castle look, as for the POV it happens sometimes you only see the obvious when you see the photo, either way it has a great atmosphere to it.

That is a classic looking castle, I wonder if they ever shot any films there... LostPatrol is right about POV, I've done that many a time. I got in the habit of crouching whenever I take a photo. ;^)
