The title is very appeling.. the image it'self is... hmmm.. surreal in some ways.. it's quiet good actually. I like it. You could try to crop it somewhat different.. just so that you get a bit more balance betwen the upper portion of the circle and were the tube meets the water... hmm.. noo.. I really can't say that much.. it's a nice shot.. in combination with the title it leaves much to be thought of!! :)

Very nice image...the title made me look. I agree with jyr...maybe different cropping would yeild even better results.
