Description
On the evening before I wanted to watch another sunrise, I thought it would be good to find something special. So I asked God in prayer to give me something special. I did not know what to expect and I went to sleep. Next morning I found on my favorite location with dead trees a place to watch the sun rising. I installed myself with camera and tripod while I enjoyed the mood of the landscape: dawn, clear weather and some haze in the lower parts.
When the sun appeared at the horizon I started to take some pictures, but suddenly I became aware of some movements. With a shock I watched the hinds just walking into my image so that I could make a shot (with trembling fingers) with the rising sun and those red deers. What a happiness, especially having a tripod because the tension of this event disabled all the steadiness I needed for the exposure. I was standing there without cover, and when the hinds noticed me, they disappeared at once.
I thanked God intimately for sharing this moment with me, and with this item I try to share this stunning moment with you.

read your post on my pic with the reebok, so had to come here seeing what story you jad to share, and this kind of stories is what makes photographing sp exiting. you may plan a shot and wait for it, but in an instance, it may change and become even greater than you ever expected it to be.

tears falling i LOVE deer. they are very special to me. they are afraid of people...for good reasons. they don't come around unless they feel VERY safe. they felt safe here...at least briefly. when you see a deer, it's a VERY special thing...VERY special. when one comes into your presence, it is good to tremble. it gives honor...and shows respect. God let you see something very special and you will never forget...as long as you live. weeping. To have this photograph...well, it's just an incredible gift from God...the memories in your mind and memories to share with others. feel the presence of God here? Yes! the hairs on my arm rise. I'm alert. This doe does stays and looks upon her family. running into woods? not this time.
