Description

This is a WIP hovering probe for an animation I'm working on. I'm looking for any suggestions on what I can do to make it look better and more realistic. Thanks =)

Try a bump map or if this has one increase the bump.

This looks good, it's always important to remember that as technology progresses things such as visible wires and antenna will become internal items. So I would recommend removing the antenna. I don't see the need for further bumping either, technology needs to be sleek and refined. Well done so far.

A specularity map would also be nice, so that some areas are more shiny then others.

Agree with MrWyatt. Maybe some more sophisticated sensors wolud look better. I mean more sensors, not just one big camera. The camera looks fine though.
