I feasted my eyes upon this masterpiece yesterday, but I've been putting off commenting as I wanted to articulate myself a bit more than mere drooling if I possibly could LOL, but really not sure that I can. This is one to stare at for hours, absorbing its slow release, assimilating the emotions that can't be categorized. Every new work of yours is a treat Bev hugest hugs, I'll write soon ;-)

i don't know what to say - many words are written... but this still holds some secrets in my heart in my feelings... which are not yet described ?!? is it your personality which leaves some footsteps on my soul when i see this?
i love the different faces and well especially the "thinking pose"... it's like me befor i disappear in my strange room doing strange noises... :) well... there's something... something i can't define but touches me somewhere deep inside... thanks for shring it mak thanks for the feelings coming with it...

Well, in my eyes using statue is natural consequence of previous images policy. But if you would like to ask me why I wouldnt probably find words to justify my statement. I fully agree with Christian feelings are hard to describe with words, even more hard to identify. It is unneeded effort, the trick is to let feelings flow, not to describe them.

Reminds me of the rape and swallowing of Metis by Zues and her rebirth and daughter Medusa, hence the statue. The butterfly is the rebirth and the shaded woman, one of the Graeae sisters whom were doomed to be Gorgons. I love it, it captures so much.

when I think of art, immediately the linework of Leonardo comes in my mind. you have the same grace in penciling faces, and all that is around us. your creations live.. and in them I find the pure essence of a very special human being.
