So beautifully painted, her hat is just awesome. Must reveal having not read Wuthering Heights, but I guess it is from 1800 something looking at her clothes. Looking forward to more...

A Wonderfully painted portrait, soft and with such expression of her love and longing for Heathcliff, that she would gladly die for him, it is revealed in her eyes, which are so sad.So long since I also read the book, but memories are flooding back with this image. Technically great, and a credit to your efforts. Lovely <<<<<<<<Lina
