Description

Astronomical events succeed always again to attract my attention. The moon is special to me. It's the closest celestial object we can observe and thanks to the moon we have our months. Very interesting shoot on many POV, we begin to know this mountain you'd show us, but the light show of mother nature is here astounding and you kept it very well.

I too have a love for the moon and of it's beauty. Love the soft purple on the mountains. :))

The soft purple is from the sun that has set some time ago (about 45 minutes ago); it's a very fragile color and I'm glad the camera was able to capture it.

What stunning colors!!! Yes, the moon is quite special. Sometimes we feel less alone when we look at it. and sometimes we hear divine messages that give us hope. Maybe we can hear what cannot be spoken. Listen to the trees for they do speak. so does the moon. Can you hear it?

Awesome shot Jan-Carel, it is not often one gets to witness such beauty. The kind of beauty that can bring tears of joy in her wake. I too love the moon. I am so cheered you were here to see this. Better yet, that you are here to share such total joy with us all. I thank you from my heart. Hugs, Jan. Diane. Oh! this is such a lovely place to be :-) I shall gaze a while longer.....
