Description
Another City.
The model took almost 8 hours to build and I've been playing around with the sceen for a couple of days now.
Not 100% happy. The lighting feels okay and the 'heat rising' isn't too bad.
I could improve though.

Lovely work, complex and very good atmosphere. Are all the small lights done in Photoshop?

I like your style InTheCity, its definitely unique and beautiful. I think if you look at most architectural visualizations of cities, the one thing you will find is, inhabitants do a lot to give a place character and feeling. I think the thing you feel that is missing is inhabitants, populate this place, gives us a connection. Make it come alive! I like this series of images you have started. One more thing, think about SanFran, what would it be if there were no people around? Not very interesting. Why is market street, so interesting? Its has nothing to do with the architecture, its more of a stage where all kinds of live theatre takes place.

Great feeling. Do agree about the people though. How about a ship coming in? That always gives a sence of inhabitants without actually showing any...
