Description

I completed this image a week ago. While working on it, I had the radio on listening to some 'oldies' music...the song they were playing was "Dust in the Wind" by 'Kansas'. I thought the title of the song was appropriate for this picture. I've been traveling the last five days and have missed commenting on your pictures. I will try to catch up and view them all...promise!

Glad to have you back Bob! This is an oustanding render! WOW! Agree with you on the title! Love that song! You know it must have taken centuries for all that dust to settle! ;>D

great work as always Bob, I love all that distant fog (dust) The only thing I have trouble with, is I can't tell the size of it, the terrain makes it seem very big compared to us, but the textures seem like it's pretty small. Anyway, I love it

Bob: The surface is so real I am starting to itch from the dust and sand. It also shows that these sand storms are quite common for this area. The sky really adds to the very heart of the picture.. Well done.. V
