Description

--The machine scuttles across the ruined heaps of rock and stone in search of useable materials-- Ive been working on this image in between cramming for college exams, so its taken a little while to get right. The image is obviously Matrix inspired, as I'm sure you can tell. As with pretty much all my 3D work, everything was modeled in Bryce by me and some of the textures came from mayang.com. 279 objects in the machine, 310 total. And a total of 1,242,803 polygons in all. Ive rendered this scene so many times in so many way that basically, Ive gotten sick of it and decided to post the most recent, and, I believe, best to date, version of the image. Getting the lighting and the textures for these models right gave me a load of headaches. That about wraps it up so you can go on and post now. Come on. You know you wanna. :) - Michael Shur www.shur-design.com
