Description

We all make our choices. Some turn out for the best, others not so good. You wonder, sometimes, what would have come about if I had made a different choice. This can be an interesting pasttime, but I have discovered something very important. Once a choice has been made, there is no changing it. The secret to a happy life is to accept the choices you have made and beware the choices to come. There is little to be gained by bemoaning an opportunity that has past. There is everthing to gain by seizing the opportunity to come.

Oh, now this one is great. I especially love the reflection on her glasses, and the reflective look she has. Good words, too, Paul, and so very true. Unfortunately, I'm always kicking myself for my bad choices...(but only the recent ones).

Indeed, everything we do is a series of choices, even the decision to do nothing. I like how your images always tell a story, and the addition of your writing enhances the experience. She looks quite contemplative. Really beautiful lighting. :o) CC
