Okay, added a sign, a couple of people and a Autotaxi on cruise. I also tried to photopaint some rain in, you be the judge of it's effectiveness. Probably going to add a few more people crossing the street in the background as I can get away with a few more lo-res. Ideas/comments welcome.

Very...bladerunner-ish...but yo ucan'tsee more than his outline really..is that maybe whatyou intended? i can see the impact of it if so, please let us know..

Could be your monitor, I know mine is quite bright so this might have an effect on the picture's display.

Its definitely dark but there's more there than just an outline. Looks really good! I think the rain looks well done, you might consider some splash points in post - just a few along her shoulders perhaps? Definitely another great image!
