Description
------------- The Queen's New Suit
Well, I've been promising for a long time and here she is, Queen Amanda Aeriel Hayes Augustine Draggenbrand, Sovereign of Carellon, and her entirely new outfit. The whole outfit was done by yours truly as my first attempt at a complete, matching, customized set of armor. And while I was at it, I rebuilt Khalabar, since the old sword was one of the first meshes I ever made and wasn't up to snuff any more.
Before the comments start flying, take a few things into account. Amanda is a Defiant Champion (that Chaotic Good Holy Warrior - equivalent of a Paladin) and an Erotic (Mage that specializes in sex based magics). Her armor had to be something she could get out of in a hurry, not binding or hindering, and had to show off her natural assets. I didn't include her shield or the scabbard for Khalabar as the scene was already getting a bit busy,... and frankly, I was getting worn out.

I think it?s fabulous too - just as the rest of your works - I do have one question though.... doesn?t it look like her right foot is somehow awkwardly distorted ? almost as if a left foot has been made to fit in a right foots place? Or is it just my eyesight playing tricks on me? If I?m wrong (which I probably am) I would like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

syncmaster - actually the boots are made somewhat interchangeable,... that is, they have only a minimum of arch on the inside and a minimum of complex curves. That eased the creation process a bit and made them more accurate to the style I was trying to capture. I'll certainly admit that a little twist to the shin to line it up straighter with the foot during the posing might have smoothed the transition out and made it look better though,... also a different texture might have helped.

The armor turned out perfect! I don't think people really have room to complain about skin showing. The romans ran around with loads of skin showing as well and they were one of the most successful armies around ;) Love the new look for Khalabar as well!
