Description
Feeling a bit silly today.
Cleaning house with 7 ferrets can be . . . interesting.
Rufus is scared silly of the vacuum cleaner. Other ferrets investigate it, ride on it, try to steal it. Today Mr. R. decided to go to ground in a new hidey hole . . . a cast-iron chimnea.
Knowing the little #@! would not come out, I tossed a throw cushion inside so he'd have a place to be comfortable in. The other options, bare metal or a warm fire were not really options.
Hope you get a chuckle out of this.
Yes, I know the one image is fuzzy. Look at the critter. He's fuzzy too.

I once had a dog that was afraid of vapour trails and spotlights in the night sky. Weird.

lol... too cute...i have dogs bigger than that that are also scare ****less! So, it matter not the size, big things that make noise are scary!

I understand Rufus very well : I hate that noise too so I prefer my good old broom and a good Miles Davis record (or something funky if I have to tidy up the place quickly)

Yep... just like my pets (a rabbit and a guinea pig) did. A wonderful reminder... I miss them a lot since both passed away on Dec 9th 2003. You may remember my "last goodbye" posting for them. You really have 7 ferrets? Great!!! Ferrets are soo cute!!!
