Description

Canon 10D + Sigma 28-300mm Hyperzoom (at 300mm) + 2x Teleconverter ISO 400 f5.6 1/750 I'm sorry not to have had the chance to post recently. Most mornings I have just about had the energy to comment, but not then to post my own. This morning, however, I post another sparrow...this time taken with my newest toy: the teleconverter. It will take me time to get used to, but it does confirm that what I really want is a more powerful lens to start with (Sigma's 50-500 or 170-500 I think). Time to start saving ;) As always, thanks for viewing, and thank you also for well wishes, and birthday wishes. It was a lovely day, and I hope soon to share with you a card that I got...you'll see why when I post it. Thanks again.

Glad you had a happy birthday. This sparra looks excellent in the framework of branches. It has that characteristic RN DOF that I enjoy in your work.

This is so beautiful!!! I love the starkness of the image and the loneliness it conveys. POF is perfect! Happy Birthday, BTW...I'm sorry I didn't know. Glad you had a nice day!

Good composition. Sharpness is not perfect, but the entire image makes a good impression. It seems to be unreal with this dazzling light and those delicate branches. From this picture, it emerges a feeling that evrything in it is fragile: the bird, the tree, the light, the life... I like that.
