Description

I had a nice getaway in Lake Placid, FL this weekend. I was able to get a few interesting photos that I'll share with you in the coming days. Here's the first. There are ferns growing out of the hedge at my in-law's new home. Some of them are still new shoots and just now unfurling. Here is one of them. New life, ain't it grand? 8^] Olympus C-3030z

Nice atmosphere in this picture. I like the choice of colors: green on green, and the soft light coming from behind. This plant looks like an insect or a fantasy creature. Great job :-)
